The Vienna Department of Public Works will mark Public Works Day with an open house at the Northside Property Yard, 600 Mill St., N.E.
Designed for all ages, participants will be able to tour the facility and get a close-up look at the equipment used for everything from leaf collection and snow removal to public-safety. Staff will be available to answer questions.
