On May 11 at 12:28 p.m., a motorist reportedly struck a legally parked vehicle in an alley parking lot in the 100 block of Church Street, N.W., Vienna police said.
The driver allegedly fled the scene without stopping to provide information, attempted to reverse and struck a second vehicle in the same block, police said.
Police on May 15 obtained a misdemeanor warrant for the 78-year-old Vienna woman charging her with hit-and-run. Authorities released the woman on her signature.
