Vienna to use federal cash for water-main upgrades
The town of Vienna will use an additional $1.35 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to improve water mains. The Vienna Town Council unanimously agreed Jan. 30 to spend the funds with Crown Construction Service Inc.
