The Vienna Police Department soon will receive four replacement vehicles at a cost of $179,997.
The Vienna Town Council on Jan. 30 agreed to purchase the four hybrid, all-wheel-drive Ford Police Interceptor utility vehicles from Sheehy Ford using a Virginia Sheriffs’ Association contract.
The vehicles’ cost came in slightly lower than the $182,700 estimated by the town’s Vehicle Replacement Program.
