As they have for more than a decade, Vienna officials again will use McGuire Woods LLC as bond counsel for the town’s 2023 and 2024 debt issuances.
In an item unanimously approved on a consent agenda, the Vienna Town Council on Jan. 29 agreed to pay the firm $99,000 for those services.
The town routinely hires specialized outside legal counsel to perform such work, officials said.
