The Fairfax Wind Symphony will host a concert on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Katherine Johnson Middle School, 3801 Jermantown Road in Fairfax.
The theme is “One Word” song titles.
The organization was founded in 1999 for the benefit of local music directors and teachers. Its primary focus is to read and prepare wind literature for all grade levels and to explore contemporary rehearsal techniques and procedures.
