For the first time since the pandemic, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce last week held its “Hospitality Superstar” awards, honoring front-line workers in the county’s hotel/restaurant/tourism industry.
It is always a fun event with a decidedly international flair, as employees in service industries hail from all corners of the globe.
Their work too often goes unappreciated, but not by the Chamber (nor by us).
We’re very glad the awards program is back up and running, and we’re glad the Arlington (and regional) hospitality industry has survived the trying times of the past three years.
