On April 22 at 6:50 p.m., a man entered a business in the 1700 block of Crystal Drive, approached the counter and engaged an employee in conversation before allegedly stealing money from the register, Arlington police said.
A lookout for the suspect was broadcast, and Metro Transit Police located the suspect in the District of Columbia and took him into custody, police said.
The suspect - 35-year-old Maleek Geeter of Washington - was arrested and charged with robbery.
