Joyce Myers, the Vienna Arts Society’s artist of the year, will present a selection of her artworks during a reception held at the Vienna Art Center, 243 Church St., N.E., on Thursday, Feb. 15 from 4 to 7 p.m.
“Enjoy a sip and a bite and meet Joyce and other artists celebrating winter,” organizers said.
