A local man told Vienna police on Feb. 10 at 2:14 p.m. that he’d had lunch with a friend at Hawk & Griffin, 435 Maple Ave., W., and as they were leaving, he commented to another customer who loudly had been making some negative statements.
The customer followed the complainant out of the restaurant and allegedly began yelling, threatening him, and taking photos of him and his friend before leaving the area, police said.
