A woman living in the 1000 block of Glyndon Street, S.E., told Vienna police on Nov. 7 at noon that her dog had gotten into a fight with a raccoon on her back deck.
The dog was taken to a veterinarian for a rabies booster and police advised the pet’s owner about the required 45-day quarantine period.
