police-77

A local resident informed Vienna police that on Nov. 19 at 4:34 p.m. she had left her purse on the back of her chair while eating at Panera Bread, 136 Maple Ave., W.

A short time later, she began receiving alerts for fraudulent charges on her credit cards at Tysons Corner Center.

The resident still had the cards in her wallet, but the numbers had been compromised, police said.
