The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has created and on March 30 formally opens a “Youth Art Walk” at Washington Dulles International Airport, similar to a previous initiative at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Through partnerships with various organizations, the Airports Authority provides space for short-term exhibits to feature student artwork. Fairfax County Public Schools and McLean Project for the Arts are partners in the initiative, which includes more than two dozen works of art from students ranging from elementary to high school in Fairfax County.

The Youth Art Walk can be found in the ticketing level, in the area across from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration’s Pre-Check security checkpoint, airport officials said.
