On July 8 at 12:18 p.m., an individual entered an apartment in the 300 block of 10th Street South that was supposed to be vacant, and found a woman inside, Arlington police said.
The witness exited and contacted police. Responding officers located the suspect, who previously had been banned from the property, and detained her without incident, police said.
The suspect – 28-year-old Maya Selmar-Turner of no fixed address – was arrested and charged with unlawful entry and trespassing.
