On Sept. 10 at 2:35 a.m., a an officer observed two individuals near a shopping center in the 200 block of Cedar Lane acting suspiciously, Vienna police said.
Upon interaction with the individuals, the officer noted signs of impairment, police said.
A 47-year-old woman of no fixed address was arrested and charged with drunk in public, while a 53-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with drunk in public and for having an active assault warrant out of Fairfax County.
The suspects were booked at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
