On Sept. 12 at 7:14 p.m., officers responded to a report of a fight in a shopping center in the 200 block of Cedar Lane, S.E., Vienna police said.
Responding officers located two men who advised them that they were getting into a ride-share vehicle when three or four men approached, pulled them from the vehicle and began assaulting them.
The victims reported they did not know the men who attacked them. Although they had visible signs of injuries, they declined treatment and told officers they did not wish to pursue charges against the suspects.
