Two vehicles were traveling westbound on Blair Road, N.W., in Vienna on July 31 at 1:41 p.m. when the first driver attempted to make a wide U-turn and struck the vehicle of the second driver.
The driver of the first vehicle was issued a summons charging failure to pay full time and attention. The driver of the second vehicle was issued summonses charging no driver’s license and no insurance.
