The Arlington County government on Jan. 24 will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Arlington Transit (ART) bus service with a celebration running from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Ellen M. Bozman Government Center, 2100 Clarendon Blvd.
The community is invited.
Speakers from the local, regional, state and federal levels will be featured, and musical entertainment will be provided by the Dulcetones, featuring Mary Hynes, a former Arlington County Board member and current Commonwealth Transportation Board member.
ART kicked off its 25th anniversary in November, and will host various celebratory events throughout the year.
