On Jan. 29, a man and a woman known to each other were involved in a verbal dispute in the 2100 block of South Oxford Street, Arlington police said.
According to police, the man allegedly threw a dumbbell at the woman’s vehicle as she was entering it, causing property damage. Responding officers located the suspect on scene and took him into custody.
The suspect – 32-year-old Kyle Smith of Arlington – was arrested and charged with missile into occupied vehicle, assault-and-battery and destruction of property. He was held without bond.
