On May 6 at 2:03 a.m., several individuals were inside their residence in the 900 block of 17th Street South when they recognized a man outside their home, Arlington police said.
The residents called police, reporting that the individual was the same person who had been involved in a March 27 peeping incident at the home.
Responding officers canvassed the area and located an individual matching the description of the suspect nearby.
The suspect – 40-year-old Christopher Sails of no fixed address – was arrested and charged with peeping related to the March 27 incident. He was held without bond.
