Sometime between Jan. 30 at 11:21 p.m. and Jan. 31 at 2:55 a.m., an individual made entrance to a residential building in the 4400 block of 4th Street North, Arlington police said.
According to police, the suspect tampered with and stole the contents of several packages from the mailroom before leaving on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his early 30s, with facial hair.
