On Sept. 22 at 3:28 p.m., a woman entered a business in the 1500 block of Wilson Boulevard, concealed merchandise and exited the store without payment, Arlington police said.
An employee confronted the suspect outside the store and attempted to recover the stolen merchandise. The suspect then reportedly assaulted the staff member before fleeing the scene in a white sedan and causing property damage to a gate, police said.
The suspect is described as a black female, 30 to 40 years old, 5’8” or 5’9”, wearing a green hat, white jacket, dark jeans and white sneakers.
