On Nov. 30 at 1:10 p.m., a woman was approached in the 1100 block of South Hayes Street by three juvenile suspects who asked if they could use her phone, Arlington police said.

When the victim declined, the suspects assaulted her and attempted to steal money before fleeing the scene, police said.

The victim was evaluated by medics for injuries described as non-life-threatening.

The suspects are described as three black females, 13 to 17 years old. One had orange hair, a second red hair, and the third was wearing a bonnet.
