On May 20 at 3:26 p.m., an individual in the 1600 block of South Eads Street observed a man exposing himself outside an apartment complex, Arlington police said.
Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 40-50 years old with black hair and a beard, wearing a black sweatsuit with a gray t-shirt underneath.
