Sometime between May 22 at 7 p.m. and May 23 at 5 a.m., a man was in the vicinity of North Dinwiddie Street and 20th Street North when he was approached by a man known to him, who brandished a firearm at him, Arlington police said.
The victim ran from the area and subsequently was able to contact police, who provided him with information on the process of obtaining warrants.
