On April 15 at 8:30 a.m., a man entered a business in the 3700 block of Fairfax Drive then another man approached and engaged him in conversation, Arlington police said.
A verbal dispute took place, at which point the suspect struck the victim, police said.
The victim exited the business and about an hour later requested the assistance of police. He sustained injuries described as serious but non-life-threatening and was transported to a local hospital.
Investigation is continuing.
