On May 6 at 10:32 a.m., three juvenile females were inside a building in the 200 block of South Carlin Springs Road and became involved in a verbal dispute, Arlington police said.

During the incident, two of the females allegedly assaulted the third, police said.

The victim sustained injuries described as serious but non-life-threatening and later self-reported to an area hospital, police said. Responding officers located the juvenile suspects on scene.

During the course of the investigation, an additional assault-by-mob incident from last November was reported. The preliminary investigation indicates that on that date, the same victim exited a bus in the area of the 5100 block of 7th Road South, and approximately five juvenile female suspects approached and assaulted her. The victim sustained minor injuries from the incident.

Petitions are pending for the juvenile female suspects from both incidents for assault by mob.
