EcoAction Arlington’s annual community clean-up and trash tally will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Barcroft Park, 4200 South Four Mile Run Drive.
Held in conjunction with Clean Virginia Waterways and sponsored globally by the Ocean Conservancy, the local effort uses volunteers ages 4 to adult to pick up trash and debris from Barcroft Park and collect data about the litter that is removed. The resulting data helps identify trends and craft solutions to reduce plastic pollution.
