U.S. Rep. Don Beyer (D-8th) will discuss artificial-intelligence issues at the monthly breakfast of the Arlington County Democratic Committee, to be held on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 9:30 a.m. at Busboys & Poets in Shirlington.
