The Arlington County Bar Foundation will present a forum on mental-health services, with a focus on community resources and civil-court proceedings, on Thursday, May 16 at 6 p.m. at Central Library.
Experts in the field will discuss how families with individuals suffering from mental-health issues can be assisted, as well as information about the civil-commitment process.
