To celebrate decades in the local banking industry and civic life that have combined professionalism with a personal touch, Richard "Randy" Anderson has been tapped as the 2024 inductee into the Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s Business Hall of Fame.

“Randy’s illustrious banking career spans over four decades,” said Kate Bates, president/CEO of the business organization. “When you mention Randy’s name in the region, it elicits a warm recognition and smile, due not just to his professional success, but his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to the community.”

Long active in the community, Anderson currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing and the VHC Health Foundation and has served on a host of other philanthropic and social-safety-net agencies through the years. He chaired the Chamber of Commerce’s board in 2002.
