On April 29 at 1:05 a.m., a woman was inside her home in the 2000 block of Columbia Pike when she observed a man looking inside, Arlington police said.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot, police said. Responding officers were unable to locate him.
The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 50 years old, 5’8”, wearing dark clothing and carrying a phone.
