Arlington County Board members recently appointed the following individuals to advisory boards and commissions.
Mary Dooley was reappointed to the Board of Equalization of Real-Estate Assessments and was redesignated chair. Trevor Montano was appointed to the Climate Change, Energy and Environment Commission, and Cindy Lewin was designated chair. Wendy Thomas was appointed to the Community Development Citizens Advisory Commission, and Lara Malakoff was designated chair.
Patrick Phillippi was reappointed to the Crystal and Pentagon Cities Council. Seyeed (Sid) Mansur was reappointed to the Economic Development Commission.
Giles Crimi was reappointed to and Eric Goodman was appointed as the Pedestrian Advisory Commission representative to the Neighborhood Complete Streets Commission. Hamilton Humes was appointed and David Lansing was reappointed to the Sports Commission, and John Mingus was designated chair.
Janetta Brewer and David Carlson were designated co-chairs of the Arlington Partnership for Children, Youth and Families. Wendy Crawford was designated chair of the Community Services Board. Alexa Mavroidis was designated chair of the Disability Advisory Commission.
