To mark its upcoming centennial, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce is inaugurating its “Century Club.”

The club will include “a distinguished circle of members committed to making a profound impact on the community,” Chamber officials said.

Membership is $1,000 and is limited to 100 members (individuals or firms), who will receive a number of benefits.

The effort comes as the business group preps for a series of special events in honor of its centennial. “Join us as the Arlington Chamber of Commerce celebrates a century of unwavering dedication to our mission,” leaders said.

The organization now has more than 700 members and member organizations. It will host a centennial gala on Jan. 27 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City.
