On Feb. 1 at 1:11 p.m., several individuals were walking in the area of Langston Boulevard at North Oak Street when they observed a man allegedly exposing himself, Arlington police said.
Responding officers located the suspect on scene and took him into custody.
The suspect – 39-year-old Channing Ballinger of no fixed address – was arrested and charged with public masturbation. He was held without bond.
